The products I bought didn't work on me? Can I return them?

 

I definitely know all about the struggles of finding great skincare products. We take pride in creating a wide range of natural products for many different skin concerns, but we understand that certain products won't work for everyone but unfortunately we do not accept returns, we will however work with you to find the right products for your skin based upon our training in esthetics and offer you a discount on your next order.

What spa services do you offer?

 

We offer facials, waxing, brow tinting, lash tinting + perming, and corrective skin care treatments by appointment only.

Part of my order is missing

 

We are so sorry about this, as much as we hate for this to happen, unfortunately it does. Simply due to us being humans. But we will definitely make it right. Simply email us with your name, order number and items your missing and we will get on it asap. You will have the choice of getting a full refund or getting replacement products shipped out to you via priority mail.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major credit cards, store gift cards, Afterpay, and you can pay with your #UniPoints.

I have sensitive skin, are your products safe to use?

 

The majority of products are safe to use on sensitive skin but your skin may be sensitized to certain ingredients. This is different for everyone, so we recommend thoroughly reading all product descriptions and asking any questions via our chat before ordering.

Can you give me more information about your product ingredients?

 

 

Of course, we are a completely transparent brand and we are more than happy to explain any product benefits and ingredients in detail. just email us or hit us on the chat.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships, if you don't receive a tracking number within 3-5 Business days( Monday- Friday) please email us and we will be happy to provide you with an order status.

Do you guys offer a brand ambassador programs or looking for content creators

 

We are always looking for awesome team members to bring on board. As far as brand ambassadors and influencers we are only accepting our current customers to be apart of the program to be sure we have the most authentic brand representation possible. I've tried your products and they really work! I would like to offer them at my store and for my clients. Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We offer wholesale and private label. As well as branding services, logo, web, and label design. Feel free to email us at hello@myunibeauty.co for more information. Be sure to add "wholesale" in your subject line.

Can you explain your shipping process for me please?

 

Once you place an order with us, you should receive a confirmation within 24 hours if you do not, please email us immediately at hello@myunibeauty.co don't forget to check your spam. After your order is confirmed. Your order will be handmade and packed. This is called processing time. This time will vary depending on our order volume. as of 9/27, Our current processing times are 7  to 14 Business Days(Monday- Friday). Our processing times are constantly changing depending on order volume. Once your order is finished processing we will send you a tracking number notifying you that your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update. Your package will take anywhere between 1-4 days to be delivered. This part unfortunately is out of our hands and may vary severely depending on the post office.

DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR REFUNDS EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED. WE DO OFFER STORE CREDIT DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER.
